Chief Technology Officer

Our client is a leading enterprise SaaS platform and is poised for significant growth in the coming years. As the CTO and a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of the organization and contribute to the overall company strategy by identifying key areas of focus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be responsible for owning the architecture strategy. 
• You will oversee the design for the roadmap and ensure seamless integration with clients.
• You bring technology to a state-of-the-art stack. 
• You will analyze the software development process and introduce methods to improve its speed and efficiency. This may involve identifying opportunities to work more quickly or implementing smarter processes and tools that can streamline the development process. 
• You will drive innovation, with a particular focus on big data, to keep our client ahead of the curve.
• You'll be responsible for managing the development teams and ensuring their success. You will drive personal development for team members, helping them grow in their roles and achieve their career goals.
• You will promote an Agile 'culture' throughout the organization, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and innovation.

YOU

• To succeed in this role, you should have a good understanding of (enterprise) architecture concepts and hands-on experience in back-end to front-end development.
• You should have at least 5-10 years' experience leading teams of developers and excellent communication skills.
• You should be able to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders, including customers, developers, sales, and management.
• You bring a highly driven and entrepreneurial mindset.
