Managing Director Software Solutions

The director, reporting to the regional Vice President, will be responsible for the business development, P&L, staff and general management of all functions for in total 35 staff based in Belgium. Another important duty will be integration of the different Business Units into the corporate guidelines and bring the business to the "next level". 

In particular, he/she will have the responsibilitie of bringing operational excellense and grow business, by:

• Define commercial strategy with sales management;
• Supervise activities in operational marketing (pricing, promotions, PR, etc.) according to corporate guidelines;
• Coordinate sales administration, finance, accounting, logistic and customer service departments;
• Monitor the market and guide the network of influencers and opinion leaders;
• Guarantee reporting activity and constant follow up reviews to the International HQ;
• Cooperate with the top management in identifying and promoting new business strategies.

We are looking for a managing director with a proven track record in people management, change management and and above all successful business growth in the software industry and/or healthcare industry.

The main qualities required are leadership, strategic vision, analytical skills, target oriented and entrepreneurial thinking.

Fluency in Dutch, French and  English is mandatory.
