Our client provides innovative digital marketing platforms to small to medium sized companies. In the past year the company has quadrupled in size and plans further expansion in the coming years. The Digital Product Manager is a key role with responsibility for all website products across a range of platforms, and a focus to design, build and roll-out website products that help enterprise partners grow the digital portfolios. 


You will be working in a dynamic team of smart product managers and product developers who are all passionate about building market-leading solutions.  With your knowledge of creating and managing digital platforms you will help to take cutting-edge solutions to the market. You will use your agile product management experience and strategic mind-set to test, learn, and iterate solutions for our client's customers. 


  • Lead the development and implementation of strategies for digital marketing products including lead sites, ecommerce websites, and custom websites, and platforms. 
  • Work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders to influence and drive the delivery of an excellent customer experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Drive the best execution in market for the delivery of digital solutions to multiple customers, through detailed planning on the prioritisation of key features across the portfolio.
  • Work with key technology vendors to ensure the best commercial and customer outcomes and align roadmaps.
  • Identify and prioritise key features to improve user experience for businesses and consumers and the delivery of genuine value to SMB’s through a detailed and analytical approach evaluating user behaviour, website analytics, and observation.  
  • Work with cross-functional teams of developers, UX, Business Analysts, operational stakeholders to drive improvements to our digital marketing products.
  • Collaborate & provide actionable feedback to internal teams and partners around marketing proposition development opportunities & gaps based on internal analysis, data & sales feedback.
  • Conduct retrospectives and deliver recommendations for improvement & ongoing process changes to deliver best results.



  • 4 + years in a product management role responsible for digital products 
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, technology, or marketing
  • Experience in B2B environments
  • Knowledge of website analytics and demonstrated experience using analytics to deliver value to end customers
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully taking products and services to market in complex markets
  • Experience managing multiple initiatives, and reporting against objectives and milestones and a focus on numeric and human factors
  • Technical experience with technologies such as HTML, CSS, JS, WordPress would be beneficial
  • Ability to manage projects small and large
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
