Director of Technology

As the Director of Technology, your role encompasses overseeing multiple directors, delivery managers and teams and within the delivery organization. Your key responsibilities include:

• Manage client portfolios, ensuring project delivery, client satisfaction, and financial management.
• Collaborate with design, development, and technology teams to drive improvement and strong business relationships.
• Oversee accounts, implement governance, and provide thought leadership to solve business challenges.
• Build trusted relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for expansion.
• Coordinate new business development, proposals, and work statements with clients' experts.
• Define delivery plans, estimates, and risk management with cross functional teams.
• Implement effective planning, reporting, issue/risk management, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate competencies and consultants for best-in-class solutions throughout the engagement.
• Resolve complex production issues, mentoring and supporting project teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing large organizations and impactful engagements.
• Over 10 years of technology and engagement leadership experience.
• Blend business knowledge, technology expertise, and modern delivery practices.
• In-depth understanding of agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Self-motivated, reliable, and thrive in a rapidly changing context.
• Must be fluent in Dutch, fluent in French is a plus.
